Continuous quality control using software

The LPKF ProCaT software is an easy-to-operate universal data interface. It records the measurement data from a range of tracking components and sensors used in laser welding systems, compares the results with the process specifications, evaluates the findings, and can communicate automatically with the machine controls when required:

• storing all the welding process parameters generated by the system control
• comprehensive weld quality process documentation in a file
• welding data evaluation using ProWeD software
• documented welding performance over any period of time
• provision of data for process development
