Transmission measurement with the LQ-TMG 3

Inline transmissivity measurement can be seamlessly integrated into production lines and used as either a stand-alone device or as an inline system. The laser beam and laser sensor are installed along the path taken by the workpiece. LQ-TMG 3 emits a laser beam at the wavelength of the welding laser. This beam passes through the sample and measures the intensity of the beam as its exits on the other side. This enables the laser output to be calibrated to the specified values, or fluctuations in material properties to be reliably determined.
