The system clients of the Laser Welding Division enjoy a reliable service around the clock.

Depending on the specific service agreement, the service team is available around the clock 365 days a year. The 24 hour Service contract stipulates that a member of our service staff is on site at your location within 24 hours of a fault being reported to repair the problem with the welding system. In addition, all of the time-critical spare parts necessary for the welding system are made available within 24 hours. The service technician can set up a stock of spare parts on location together with the client if required.

The online support is available to slash reaction times even further. This communications channel enables a specialized member of our service staff to analyze the faulty system direct with LPKF technicians or the client’s own staff. In most cases a solution can be found within only a few minutes.
