Remote maintenance

LPKF also makes online maintenance available for its clients’ systems around the world. Using the Netviewer program, the control PC acts as the platform for the operation and analysis of LPKF machines via the internet. The program is supplied as standard, free-of-charge with each laser welding system, and no installation is required.

When authorized to do so by the client, Netviewer enables LPKF service technicians to directly monitor ongoing processes with the help of a webcam. Moreover, with the additional module Smart Client it is possible to gain access to system and process parameters. This dispenses with travel time and travel costs, and limits production shut-downs to the very minimum.
